About Us.
Kingston High School and the Kingston Robo-Cards,FRC Team 4994, are located in the rural farming community of Kingston, Michigan. We were fortunate enough to have screen printing equipment donated to us at the beginning of the 2014-2015 school year. Our lead Robotics mentor is also our Math and Art Teacher, we added a Graphics class to our High School curriculum because of it. One thing lead to another and we decided this would be a perfect fundraising opportunity for our new Graphics department and Robotics team. With a T-shirt order you will be supporting students, learning real life skills. Preparing them for future jobs in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics).
The Kingston Robo-Cards’ vision is to generate interest and develop skills in STEAM within our local community. We strive to be an open and inclusive FIRST Robotics team, so we are inviting to all interested members of our school and community. The Robo-Cards provide an inspirational experience for the participating students by getting them excited about robotics and the business that goes along with it. They will experience how a STEAM curriculum can be enjoyable and stimulating. Our goal is to encourage the students to pursue a career in a related field and become contributing members of a growing technological society.
